Eligibility criteria
To be eligible for the Patna High Court Stenographer post, candidates must:

- Have Diploma/Certificate of minimum six months duration in Computer Application from a recognized institute.

To be eligible for the Bihar Legislative Council Assistant, Assistant Legislature, Data Entry Operator, or Lower Division Clerk posts, candidates must:

- Have passed Intermediate (12th passed) or equivalent.
- Have a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Have a minimum speed of 35 words per minute in English typing.
Application fee
The application fee for the Bihar Legislative Council recruitment is ₹600 for SC/ST, Women, PWD, and permanent residents of all reserved and unreserved categories of Bihar. For other category candidates from other states, the application fee is ₹1200.
