The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is expected to release the compartment result for the year 2022-23 today, Monday, July 31, 2023. The results will be available on the board’s official website, cbseresults.nic.in.
Students who appeared in the supplementary exam can check their results by entering their roll number, school number, date of birth, and admit card ID number. The results will be available in PDF format.
The CBSE had conducted the supplementary exam for secondary students from July 17 to 22, 2023. The exam for senior secondary students was conducted on a single day on July 17, 2023. The practical exams for both classes were conducted from June 6 to 20, 2023.
The board has not yet announced the exact time of the result declaration. However, it is expected that the results will be released in the morning.
Students who fail to pass the supplementary exam will have to appear for the next academic session.
How to Check Your Result
Students who appeared in the supplementary exam can check their results by following these steps:
- Go to the CBSE website, cbseresults.nic.in.
- Click on the “Compartment Result 2023” link.
- Enter your roll number, school number, date of birth, and admit card ID number.
- Click on the “Submit” button.
- Your result will be displayed on the screen.

Important Notice For Candidates
The link to check the result will be activated on the board’s result portal, cbseresults.nic.in. Candidates will have to click on this link and then submit their roll number, school number, date of birth, and admit card ID number on the new page. After this, regular and private students of Senior Secondary and Secondary will be able to see their CBSE Supplementary Result 2023 on the screen. After taking the print of this mark sheet, students should also save the soft copy.
