Motorola has announced that it will be launching the Motorola Edge 40 on May 23. The smartphone is claimed to be the world’s thinnest 5G smartphone, measuring just 6.79mm thick.

The Motorola Edge 40 will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8020 processor, which is the world’s first 5G processor to be built on the TSMC N4 process node. The processor is said to offer a significant performance boost over previous-generation 5G processors.
