Kajol confirms her internet sequence debut on Disney+ Hotstar; to star in an intense drama

Talking about the film Kajol revealed that previously she refused to do it. “I refused the film for three days. I was like, ‘I am not doing this film, I don’t want to do a film in which anything happens to my children. I cannot handle that. It’s every parent’s worst nightmare, you wouldn’t even wish this on your enemy, it’s that kind of a situation.” she explained.

Kajol says OTT has brought out ‘fabulous’ actors

The trailer gives a hint of the fact that Salaam Venky is going to be a real tear-jerker. It seems that Venky’s character has a death wish but that is kept secret in the trailer. Although most of the video has a tone of melancholy in it, there are also scenes where Venky is seen living happy days. We see him playing chess, and football and at times he even makes sarcastic comments about his illness.

Fans are thrilled to see Kajol and Aamir share the screen again however nothing about Aamir’s character is disclosed yet.
