32-year-old global music icon Taylor Swift took home four MTV EMAs awards last night. Swift recently released her 10th studio album ‘Midnights’ and also announced her upcoming ‘Eras tour’.
Taylor last night walked the red carpet of the EMAs wearing a shiny black dress which apparently is inspired by pieces designed by David Koma during the London 2022 runaway. Wearing a black sleek bodysuit with a bold sheer skirt that was filled with numerous emerald gems, Taylor marked it as one of her most daring red carpet looks of all time.
MTV took to Twitter and shared Taylor’s grand entry, captioned “SPOTTED: TAYLOR SWIFT ON THE #MTV EMA RED CARPET!!!!!!!!”

This American singer picked up four awards back to back. The ‘bejeweled’ singer won awards for best artist, best video, best pop song, and best long-form video for ‘All Too Well’ (10 Minute Version).
While accepting her first award of the night Swift made sure to thank her fans and said, “The fans are the only reason any of this happens for me.” During her acceptance speech for winning best video, she said, “Sometimes I think about all the ways in which this short film and this moment almost never happened,” she continued saying, “The fans willed this to happen.”
Besides Taylor, other artists who left the stage with trophies are Nicki Minaj, Harry Styles, Anitta, Lisa, David Guetta & Bebe Rexha, BTS, Sam Smith, and various others.
MTV posted a clip of Taylor thanking her fans and posted it on Twitter. “So I just wanted to say, personally, from me to you, the fact that you’ve done what you’ve done, …supporting that album, being excited about that album, and loving it,… and there’s not a single moment when I take that for granted. I love you so much (to the screaming audience) …I can’t believe I get to do this as a job. It’s all because of you. Thank you so so much.”
