Vaccine: Moderna Sues Pfizer And Biontech For Infringement Of Kovid Vaccine Patent, This Is The Case

American pharma company Moderna has filed a lawsuit against its rival Kovid vaccine maker, Pfizer and BioNTech. Moderna has accused rival companies of violating patent laws while developing their Kovid 19 vaccine. The company gave this information by issuing a statement on Friday. According to media reports, this lawsuit has been filed in the US District Court in Massachusetts and the Düsseldorf Regional Court in Germany.

The company has said that Pfizer and BioNTech’s COVID-19 vaccine community infringed patents filed between 2010 and 2016 using Moderna’s basic mRNA technology. According to Moderna, this unprecedented technology was crucial to the development of Moderna’s own vaccine, SpikeVac, but both rival companies copied the technology without permission from Moderna.

Explain that the mRNA technology used in the vaccines of Moderna and Pfizer and BioNTech is different from conventional vaccines, which helps the immune system to recognize and make antibodies and weaken the virus. It has been revealed in a study that vaccines from Pfizer and Moderna can provide protection against the virus for a long time.
